The receptionist in the evening was very helpful with good English. However the next day the receptionist was not speaking English and was difficult to communicate.
The walls and sound isolation was very poor. You can clearly hear voices from the next room and people walking in the corridor.

Perfect for an overnight stay if you have an early flight at Krakow Airport. Open 24 hours for Check in. Rooms are clean and warm. Hot water for showers. All you need for an overnight stay

The only good about it is the location and the price.
The bed is not comfortable. The pillow. Although the girl in reception was very helpful and pleasant the guy when we check out is not really helpful with our inquiries.
