Sylt im Januar

Die Lage war gut, die Wohnung ist im 7. Stock, man kann weit sehen. Die Matratze des Bettes war angenehm und die Küche hat ein neuwertiges Ceranfeld. Außerdem gibt es W-Lan. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut geklappt.

Die gesamte Wohnung ist stark in die Jahre gekommen. Das fängt bei der Wohnungstür an (mit Schlüsselloch), kein Licht im Flur, mäßige Dusche und tropfender Wasserhahn in der Küche. Leider wurde wohl auch schon länger nicht gewischt. Staub auf dem Küchenregal und der Heizung im Bad und Spinnenweben an der Decke. Die Mülltonnen sind draußen links ums Haus. Ein Hinweis darauf wäre wünschenswert. Es erweckt den Anschein, dass die Fenster/Tür im Wohnzimmer nicht dicht sind den es pfiff ordentlich um die Ecken und Kälte kam durch.
