the swimming pool was great - a good size, plenty of room around it for all the sunbeds, and a variety of sunbeds too, which was just super - there sun was out all day on most of the sun deck areas.
the pool bar/cafe was so good, the food really tasty and although sometimes there was a wait, that was because it was all cooked fresh at the time of ordering - and great prices
the location for the top of Malia, and that includes the old town was brilliant, just a ten minute walk for me (and I have severe COPD)
the bathroom could have been cleaner - though I expect the state of it was in part due to age and in need of restoration.
having said that the cleaner came every day and if we had wanted clean towels and bedding everyday that would have been possible
we were on the top floor ( difficult for me with my breathing) and the balcony was a bit tight

Lovely place and Georgina and her staff were super friendly and attentive. Pool area was super nice, big and clean. Was just off the strip, so quiet day & night. Plenty of loungers and room! We were in room 107 which is one of the bungalows as you enter the complex. Room size was ok for the two of us, but can imagine it being a bit cramped for 3 people, tbh. Aircon and safe included, which was great to not to have to pay for extras.
Bathroom is a bit on the small side, Wifi not the best and would have loved to see beers on tap at the bar, but that's personal preference.

De ontvangst en verzorging door Georgia. Gemaakt voor dit vak!
Het ontbijt is bij te bestellen (slechts € 8,00 p.p.!......) De dag ervoor even doorgeven. Het was overweldigend. Zie foto: Eieren, spek, brood, jam, ham, kaas, tomaat, komkommer, olijven, honing, fruit, hartige en zoete hapjes en taartjes..... en koffie, water en jus d'orange! Ruim genoeg om ook als lunch te dienen (en bovendien verrukkelijk- getuige de cijfers op de weegschaal bij thuiskomst 🤭😳)
Maar zoals Georgia zei:
"Thuis ga je maar diëten, in Griekenland moet je lekker eten!" 😂
Het had wat schoner gekund, maar nadat we daar melding van maakten, werd het dagelijks netjes gedaan!

La struttura si trova a Malia, centro di ritrovo e divertimento per giovanissimi che tornavano a notte fonda urlando nelle parti comuni e di fatto svegliandoci. Forse il luogo in generale è poco adatto alle famiglie, ma questo non dipende dal residence.
