Just one block from the Eagle Bahn Gondola and Vail Ski School, you’ll be right at the center of all the action. Enjoy stunning Vail Mountain and Village views from your private balcony, whether you’re sipping your morning coffee or unwinding with a drink after a day of outdoor adventures. Step outside and you are minutes from skiing, hiking, shopping, dining, and vibrant entertainment in both Lionshead and Vail. The Lift House is conveniently situated on the Town of Vail’s free bus line, making it easy to explore all of Vail Village as well. This is the ideal spot to enjoy all that Vail has to offer, with your four-legged friend by your side!
STUDIO FEATURES: Inside your studio is a king size bed and 1 full bathroom. A kitchenette that is equipped with a half-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The living space boasts a queen sofa sleeper, gas fireplace, TV and balcony.
Located in the Lift House Lodge, guests enjoy a collection of on-site amenities designed to elevate the Vail experience. The highlight is the fourth-floor rooftop hot tub, a guest favorite and the perfect place to unwind after a day on the mountain—soak under open skies while taking in the alpine atmosphere, whether it’s fresh snowfall in winter or crisp mountain air in summer. Additional conveniences include elevator access to all floors and coin-operated laundry facilities.
Lift House Lodge Pet Policy & Fees:
We welcome up to 2 dogs per reservation. A pet fee of $35 per dog, per night applies. Please note that Airbnb only allows a flat pet fee to be collected at the time of booking. If your stay requires additional pet fees (e.g., longer stays or multiple dogs beyond the flat amount charged by Airbnb), we will:
1. Send a payment request for the remaining balance through Airbnb’s Resolution Center after booking,
2. OR You may choose to pay the additional pet fees at check-in at the Lift House Lodge.
LIFT HOUSE PARKING: Limited on-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis at $50 per night during the winter season, and $30 per night during non-winter season. If our parking lot is full, the nearby public Lionshead Parking Structure offers additional parking; rates vary by season and availability, please visit their website for current pricing and details.

Loved that there was a front desk staff during regular hours. Room was basic, but that’s all we need. LOVED the location! (Already booked a reservation for next year.)Minor complaints: Appreciated the tea pot in the room, but unfortunately, our toaster only half worked— even on the lowest setting it’s still burned part of the toast and didn’t cook the other part. Also lightbulbs were what were wattage which was kind of annoying. We bought new ones for while we were there. Like the fact that the fridge could fit a full-size pizza box!

The room was very clean, even smelled freshly clean upon arrival. They let us check in early as we arrived that morning for skiing the day of arrival.

The unit was clean and quite livable, it's just very expensive for what it is. It's a very basic, very plain studio apartment in need of some maintenance. The premium cost (double what you might expect) is clearly just due to being in Vail, in the Lionshead village and very close to the lifts. In the future, we would try to find some place more affordable away from the village.
