Gorgeous mid-19th century historic home in Le Vésinet, an elegant, leafy village just 20 minutes from Paris and 15 minutes from Versailles. Excellent public transportation (RER A) is within walking distance, with direct service to Paris every 5-10 minutes. The short walk to charming downtown Le Vésinet offers restaurants, bakeries, butchers, cheese shops, a large grocery store and the twice weekly outdoor market.
This is an ideal location for a large family or two families travelling together. Enjoy your days visiting Paris and the surrounding areas and then return to the house and large garden to relax in the evenings. Drink champagne and BBQ while the children play soccer (there are two 2x3m goals), ping pong, basketball, bocce, jump on the SpringFree trampoline, or enjoy the swingset. It's the perfect place to end the day.
The ground floor has an eat-in kitchen with a door out to the garden, a double living area with dining table and seating area that has 2 sets of French doors out to a small terrace which then leads down to the garden, Yamaha piano, and down the hall, the TV room.
The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms: The master suite with a Queen bed (160cm) and gold-leaf ceilings, dressing room, and en-suite bath; a twin bedroom with trundle bed; a double bedroom (140cm) with en-suite bath; a second twin bedroom with trundle bed; shower and wc in the hallway.
The 3rd floor has a large living room with TV, foosball table and games, and 1 Queen bedroom (160cm). Separate shower and wc.
The 4th floor has a double bedroom (140cm) and separate bath and wc.
