About this cabin rental

We built this cabin years ago to give our family & friends their own space when they visit. Friends told us we should rent it so others can enjoy it too. So that is how it started! We have two donkeys, Jenny & Butch, that we named it after. That is how Two Ass Farms began. The cabins are located on the back of our 6 acres so that the guest have some privacy since our home is located on the front 2 acres. You can hear & see all kinds of wildlife.

About this cabin rental

This was our second stay at Jenny cabin. We enjoy the convenient location, full kitchen, grill and fire pit. Although we didn’t use the fire pit at this visit, we had previously and enjoyed it. Proximity to Gruene and Gruene Hall are pluses for us.

This is the perfect place to stay for some quiet time away from the city. This cabin facilitated us to make our own meals since it was fully stocked, the bed is so SOFT! We had plenty of fire logs for the firepit, so we spent every evening grilling and warming up outdoors. Our hosts Pamela and Kirk are so nice and kind. We were welcomed to have some treats for Jenny and Butch (the donkeys!) We truly had a very lovely experience indeed. We fully recommend this cute and cozy cabin; we are so grateful:)

The owners are amazing here. Pam absolutely had everything set for us and our fur babies so we could be comfortable and relax. This place is a dream, and is located in the quiet area, yet so close to everything! It was so easy to understand everything and get information. We absolutely loved our stay!!! I can not rave about the property enough. Our cabin had everything we needed and was super clean and cozy. The service and communication as well as accommodations we received from Pam were beyond 5 stars. I’d give this place and host 10 stars out of 5 stars. We have already booked 2 additional stays and this time we booked both cabins! Excellent spot and so close to downtown but your stay is out in nature in the quiet countryside.

If you're looking for something close to town but far enough away for some quiet and relaxing times, this place is for you. We stayed 3 days and enjoyed it so much. Perfect for 2 people. It has all the amenities you need for relaxation. We would get back in the evening and relax on the porch and enjoy the nature. Access in and out has tight turn on the main road, but access to the cabin is super easy. I would definitely stay here again!

The Jenny cabin was all we anticipated for exploring hill country and New Braunfels. The welcome selection of coffee with real cream was welcome as was the entry with a bright yellow forsythia wreath. Super clean, comfy bed, and well apointed kithen. Jenny and Butch were friendly and enjoyed a snack of carrots. (The donkeys)

This property was beautiful, time and thought were taken when improving the property. The drive you take to get to the cabin, made me feel I was getting away from everything city, I felt out in the country. It was so easy to relax and enjoy. there was room to walk around ,even a swing chair at the very back of property where you could sit and watch the cows. (loved it ).I could go on, but this is somewhere I will most definitely want to come and stay again.

This place is in a perfect location to enjoy New Braunfels and still feel like your miles from anything. We enjoyed a nice evening by the fire pit and even brought our dog with, and she enjoyed the nice open space. Great place!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The cabin was perfect for our kid free weekend. It was so comfortable and clean. Our hostess was so thoughtful and very easy to communicate with. We were close enough to get to enjoy all New Braunfels has to offer, but we also felt as we were the only ones on the property. We definitely will return!!
