Studio Garden Flat

Very clean great value for money and very nice welcome

Light and airy, lovely view over the garden, incredibly cheap price, responsive host. Comfy bed, all very clean.

I would gladly have paid more for slightly upgraded furnishings, such as matching furniture units in the lounge area, and the provision of a sink in the kitchenette for washing up - doing so in the bathroom felt a bit alien. But these are small points.

Location worked for us as it was just 10 minutes away from family we were visiting. Nice to have a kettle and toaster.

To access the suite we had to go through a somewhat cluttered back shed and unlock and lock 2 doors each time in addition to the suite lock. There was not a kitchen sink so one was back and forth to the bathroom sink and we washed our dishes in a plastic bowl. There are also tiles missing in the bathroom. As a studio is usually a small space, having the extra bean bag chair, 2 dressers and a large number of stereo components doesn’t leave much room for luggage and makes the space seem smaller.
