It was clean, well maintained, the food and drinks were good and the pool was a nice touch. The staff was very helpful and accommodating as well.
We had called ahead to ask if the pool would be open and were told it wouldn’t be, so we didn’t bring bathing suits. It would have been helpful to know that the pool would have been open when we packed. It would also be a good idea if the hotel sold men’s and women’s swimsuits

Impeccable service from start to finish. Staff were friendly, engaging, and quick to respond to concerns, proactively moving me from a loud room to a much nicer one. The location is excellent, with plenty of great restaurants and bars within easy walking distance.
Valet parking is very expensive. While convenient, it can be avoided by researching nearby public parking options in advance.

Staff was accommodating to the point that I’m not used to! I felt taken care of at this hotel.

Room on newer side is nice. The older side could use some updates.
They have a very small section for chairs by the pool for guests. The other pool chairs they charge $80 per chair per day! If you don't get there early, don't plan on a chair.
