Staff was accommodating to the point that I’m not used to! I felt taken care of at this hotel.

This was my first stay at Cottonwood though family had recommended it. Staff was very welcoming as was the valet parking staff. Coffee was excellent and there is coffee bar in the lobby as well as complimentary coffee in the mornings. Room and bed was very comfortable with a large bathroom as well.
Bathroom ceiling vent had quite an accumulation of dust in the vent, clearly visible in the ceiling. I'm surprised no cleaning or facilities staff saw it. That raised a question of how frequently vent and ducts are cleaned or monitored.

Renee at the Orleans, Rebecca at check in, and Miranda at the Chop House were so much fun to interact with.
Pillows were too soft and blanket seemed short.

It was okay.
The cost of the room is quite expensive, so I expect some free accommodations.
Coffee in my room the first thing in the morning.
Parking is terrible. If you have that many rooms, then make your accommodations bigger. And charging extra for parking is not making it better.
Pool was packed. Again, if you have that many rooms, then you need bigger accommodations.
Obviously, the street repair isn't your fault, but it certainly doesn't help anything.
