Very big apartment, much bigger than shown on pictures, good location close to beach, garage parking, lots of amenities in the apartment also left by other tenants like sunblocker, olive oil - it helps in the beggining, before you do own shopping. Amazing views from the balcony and nice sofa that wasn't on the pictures, so the balcony is actually much nicer then shown. Walking distance to all tourists hot spots, lots of restaurants around, large Spar supermarket 10min by walk, smaller supermarkets nearby. Swimming pool for the guests to chill.

I've read lots of comments about helpful owners, but unfortunately I've dealth with building administrator who was very incompetent. He was not keeping me informed about when apartment will be ready, and actually started avoiding me at some point, I had to constantly ask and complain to the owner (who was away at that time). Washing machine not working? No response. Netflix not working? No acknowledgment or response. My biggest helper was Chat GPT that gave me instructiond to fix those issues on my own. Administrator did not respond to any messages, even when written in Spanish. Also this is the first time in my life, when I tell the owner I am arriving early and instead of trying to acommodate me a bit earlier (like most locations usually do) - they not only didn't, but actually accommodated me LATER then scheduled, at 5:30pm!!! Sure I understand check-in is 3pm and if you can't accommodate me before 3pm I can't complain, but to accommodate me almost 3h later and not even appologize for it?!!! They let me sit by the swimming pool while waiting, which was nice, but still communication or any kind of remorse wasn't there - neither at check-in nor during my stay. To sum up - if only care about great location, great apartment and views - book it, you will be happy. If you coun't on human decency and basic customer service - forget you'll find it there.

Apartamento amplio y dotado de todo lo necesario como menaje etc. Esta a pie de playa y la terraza tiene vistas a la playa de la Fossa. Tiene piscina y muy cerca hay un supermercado. La cama muy cómoda y no se oía ni un ruido por la noche. Dispone de ascensor. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue muy fluida y estuvo muy atento por si nos hacía falta algo. Si vuelvo repetiré.

Ubicación inmejorable,piso muy amplio,limpio cómodo,facilidad de aparcar y repetiré sin duda y el anfitrión de 10

Echar en falta el aire acondicionado.
