Good to stay in the center of Chieming, but do not expect any frills.

Close to the lake, centrally located, comfortable bed.

No champo or coffee or anything in the room. No breakfast option at the hotel.

Great stay

Great location to the lake. They also guaranteed us that we always get a table in the restaurant downstairs. Reserved parking lot for room guests are great. Spacious room. They also provided us a baby crib quite quickly.

Good location. But if you like a good nights sleep then look elsewhere!

The property is close to the lake as well as many shops, restaurants and public transport (bus).

Located in the main road therefore a lot of traffic and quite loud. The beer garden was extremely loud and didn’t close at the legally required time of 10pm. It stayed open on most nights until midnight or later and it was impossible to sleep with the noise right outside the bedroom. There is no physical reception or anyone to talk to about any issues. All communication took place via WhatsApp. When we complained about the noise they just ignored our messages. The staff at the restaurant were also extremely unfriendly (if you read the google review it seems to be usual for all guests) and they would stand infringe of our bedroom window late at night and talk loud while smoking which made the room stink.

Amazing property. Location is quiet and beautiful. Restaurant and staff are amazing.

We visited during late June. Many mosquitos. Our window screens fell out because they were broken. Mosquitos liked that. A very friendly young staff member helped us fix them late at night with tape.

Nice apartment near the lake. Private covered parking is a plus, especially with the heat. Excellent beer garden with good German food. Several bakeries / coffee places nearby for breakfast. We had a room near the back at the beer garden, but did not experience any noise nuisance, slept really well. Perfect spot for a few relaxing days at the Chiemsee.

great location, room was as shown in the photos. Will go back again. Having a kitchenette was important for me so it was great to have the full list of kitchen items included as part of the welcome email.

An Enjoyable Stay.

The location was great! The studio was modern and clean. Having covered parking was great and kept the car cool. Chieming was a charming town.

The restaurant and bar was closed for the two days we stayed. The studio was very hot being in the roof.

Great apartments, nice location, each room has parking space if traveling with a car.

We stayed only for one night but we had a great time. Everything was clean and quite new and since we travel with a car there was designated parking space waiting for us so big plus to that. Also close to the main harbor if you want to go on the Chiemsee with a boat to visit islands.

There's no breakfast offer in the facility as those are apartments with kitchen, but very close is a nice bakery with coffee shop and you can pick and sit there to enjoy breakfast and coffee. So we can't really complain.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit allem was das Herz für eine Auszeit benötigt!

Alles, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt war in der Unterkunft vorhanden. Die Lage zum Frühstücksbäcker und die Lage zum Chiemsee sind unschlagbar. Das Personal durchweg sehr freundlich! :-) Das Essen im hauseigenen Wirtshaus auch sehr zu empfehlen!

Ein zweiter Stuhl zum Frühstück / Essen wäre toll bei einem Apartment für 2 Personen.

Herbst am Chiemsee

Kleines Zimmer in der 2. Etage. Kein Fahrstuhl, das sollte man wissen bezüglich der Koffer, die man hochträgt. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Der Ausblick aus dem Dachfenster geht so, man sieht ein wenig den Chiemsee. Wir waren scheinbar die einzigen Gäste in der Nachsaison. Es gibt einen festen Parkplatz unter dem Carport. Abends sollte man für das Abendessen unbedingt reservieren, weil es voll ist.

Zum Check in war niemand da, wir standen da und haben gewartet. Leider gibt es keine Klingel. Irgendwann habe ich mich in der Küche bemerkbar gemacht, da kam jemand, aber unser Schlüssel war nicht vorbereitet. Irgendwann fand er ihn und wir bezogen das Zimmer.

Tolle Lage am Chiemsee, schlichte, aber sehr stilecht eingerichtete Zimmer. Das Wirtshaus hat ein sehr großes Restaurant mit angrenzendem Biergarten. Einfach herrlich , sowohl das Ambiente als auch das Essen waren sehr gut ! Sehr nettes Personal. Kontaktloser Check in und out möglich. Unterstellplatz fürs Auto pro Apartment vorhanden. Das es kein Frühstück gibt ist leicht zu verschmerzen, da ein guter Bäcker samt Café keine 200m entfernt liegt.

Duschgel und Shampoo wären im Bad schön gewesen. Leider hat der Kühlschrank einen sehr lauten Motor und wir hatten üble Gerüche aus dem Abfluss im Bad und Küche. Wir hatten das Zimmer unter dem Dach. Die Gaube ist nur so groß wie das Fenster. Der Tisch steht darunter. Man kann dort nicht sitzen und muss den Tisch samt Stühlen in den Raum stellen um an diesem Tisch sitzen zu können.

Alles vorhanden was man für ein paar Tage braucht. Das Ufer ganz nah.

Die Fenster und die Fliegengitter müssten mal geputzt werden und die Bettdecken und Kissen benötigen eine Reinigung. Die Kopfkissen rochen ecklig.

Bett unter der Schräge (kleine Dachwohnung) - schwer einzusteigen. Das Gasthaus bietet kein Frühstück an. Leider Der Eingang zur Wohnung nur über den Biergarten. Schottersteine, schwer begehbar für Behinderte oder ältere Leute mit Koffer. Steinboden wäre wünschenswert

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft. Top Lage am See. Schöner Biergarten mit gelegentlichen Veranstaltungen. Das Essen kann man auch sehr empfehlen 👍

Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat, bei 2 Veranstaltungen war bis 2:30 in der Nacht noch Gegröle im Biergarten zu hören, von Gästen die noch feiern wollten.

Lage und Gasthaus selbst

Wohnung schlecht ausgestattet. Wenig wohnlich und sehr klein, vor allem für den Preis. Man hätte sich das frühstück auch nicht selbst zubereiten können mit der Ausstattung und es wurde auch keins angeboten, obwohl für einen Gasthof eigentlich kein Problem bestehen sollte ein paar Brötchen und Marmelade und Kaffee hinzustellen

Aanrader! Ook met kinderen

Het was een fijne en nette kamer. Beneden de appartementen was een restaurant waar je heerlijk kon eten ook het bakkertje om de hoek was heerlijk. De omgeving is ontzettend leuk voor kinderen. Wij zijn vanaf het station in Priem met de stoomtrein richting de haven van Priem gereden. Vanaf daar hebben wij de boot naar het hereneiland genomen. De kids vonden het fantastisch op het hereneiland zijn de met de koets naar het kasteel gebracht. Verder zijn we naar freizeitspark Rupolding geweest. Echt een aanrader. Als afsluiter gingen we met de kids rodelen ook in rupolding. Super leuk en rijdt altijd ook met slecht weer. Kortom top vakantie in een top hotel/appartement.

Das Wirtshaus hat ein sehr großes Restaurant mit angrenzendem Biergarten. Einfach herrlich , sowohl das Ambiente als auch das Essen waren sehr gut ! Sehr nettes Personal. Eine tolle Lage, zu Fuß in 1 Minute am See!!!
