About this house rental
A large, modern 175 m² house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (featuring a large bathtub and a separate, spacious shower) plus an additional shower, all available for guests' use. The house features a garden and a heated pool, as well as a living room and an outdoor bar with a patio table and a bioclimatic pergola bordering the town center park.
The house is located 300 meters from the center of Pessac, the tram, and the train station, from where you can reach downtown Bordeaux in 5 minutes and the Arcachon Basin in 45 minutes.
Shaded patio, garden, and pool, plus the option to play table tennis or enjoy the park (playground, pétanque, etc.).

My wife, my 2 teens and I had a wonderful holiday in Pessac, staying at Xavier’s house. We hadn’t heard of Pessac before but the location was perfect…5 mins walk from the house to Pessac town, which enjoys a great range of coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Also a 5 mins walk was the train station which gave direct access to Bordeaux Gare St Jean, just 10 mins from Pessac, and direct access to Arcachon, just 50 mins on the train. There’s also a bus service from Pessac to the centre of Bordeaux.
Xavier made us feel very welcome with a video tour of the house before we arrived, and everything was in order when we arrived. The house is beautiful and is particularly impressive on the ground floor, with great access to the back garden and the pool.
Beside the house is a lovely little park and we enjoyed some great entertainment and food in the park during our stay.

Très belle maison, avec tout le confort nécessaire pour de belles vacances en famille ou entre amis. Le quartier est calme, la maison se situe au abord d'un petit parc et à proximité des commerces.
Et enfin le gérant est réactif et très sympathique.

Everything is perfect and beautiful, inside and outside. The pool is extremely pleasant and the house and the garden are nicely decorated and very spacious. It is even better than on the pictures. The neighbourhood is quiet next to a parc and close to the shops, restaurants and public transportation.
