Nikos & Efi Fabrica Residence

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. È un’ottima struttura, curata, pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza in totale tranquillità e comodità. Un punto di forza assoluto è sicuramente la posizione: l’appartamento si trova praticamente a 5 passi dal centro, cosa che abbiamo trovato davvero comodissima, soprattutto per uscire la sera senza dover utilizzare mezzi. Inoltre, a 2 passi dalla struttura c’è la fermata degli autobus, con collegamenti per raggiungere facilmente tutte le principali spiagge dell’isola. Per chi vuole girare l’isola senza macchina o scooter, è davvero il top. Un altro aspetto che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo è la disponibilità della struttura. È possibile contattare i proprietari praticamente a qualsiasi ora e abbiamo sempre ricevuto risposta e assistenza in tempi rapidissimi. Una disponibilità che fa davvero la differenza durante una vacanza. L’appartamento è inoltre molto accogliente e ben organizzato, e la posizione permette di avere tutto a portata di mano. Nel complesso siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti del soggiorno e della scelta. Consigliatissimo! Se dovessimo tornare sull’isola, sicuramente prenderemmo nuovamente in considerazione questa struttura. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

L’unico piccolo aspetto da considerare è che, trovandosi così vicino al centro, nelle ore serali può esserci un po’ di movimento e rumore. Personalmente, però, non lo abbiamo trovato un problema, soprattutto considerando la comodità della posizione.

This was the perfect accommodation in Mykonos, so central, cosy and the host was so nice to deal with. The outside was so nice that people were taking photos of the property. It is only a 3 minute walk to the beach and surrounded by local bars and restaurants. I would definitely come back here and would highly recommend to anyone coming to Mykonos.

Excellent position, two minutes walking from FABRIKA bus station and Mykonos Chora. The place was well cleaned with bedding and towels of a very good quality, and chancing furnished at half stay. Niko is a very careful and thoughtful host.

The apartment is few metres under street level and is not too much light nor airy. There’s a steep staircase leading to the upper floor which not reccomendable for families with small children or disabilities. Moreover, this should be clearly communicated in the place description. Bathroom at ground floor was very small and without shower (unless description), bathroom at first floor has a small shower as well.

Great location! Easy access to town, the windmills, little Venice and close to bus stop!

Fold out couch not comfortable. Shower hard to use. Downstairs toilet did not flush.
