чудове розташування. Будинок зорієнтований таким чином,що сонце освітлює балкон після 15-00. Тому можна сидіти на ньому протягом дня, маючи вид на море і не потерпаючи від спеки. Поруч магазин і пекарня. Паркінг трохи збоку, але відстань не критична. Трохи незручно розташовані розетки, але кількість їх достатня.Чудовий кондиціонер. Загалом найкраще враження. Сподіваюсь, що зможу приїхати ще. Місця на пляжі достатньо, кількість людей на ньому не дуже велика.
недоліків практично немає. На дрібниці навіть не хочеться звертати увагу. Можливо те, що балкон розташований над проходом, по якому часом йдуть люди. Але це не дуже напружує.
