About this resort
First established in 1889, Fountain Point is a timeless American summer resort located on the shores of Lake Leelanau in Northern Michigan. We have 19 family-style cottages and a 14 bedroom hotel. The hotel includes a sweeping front porch that offers shaded lakeside views, as well as a parlor game room with activities for guests to borrow. There are no TVs, no air conditioning, and very limited WiFi. If you are looking for a place to truly unplug and unwind with your family and friends, you will find it here.
The Cook's Cottage has two bedrooms and one bathroom. There is a king in one bedroom, and two twins in the other. Contact the office if you wish to have the king made up as two twin beds. All of the cottages have kitchens. Outside there are grills, picnic tables and chaise lounges. None of the cottages have television. Air conditioning maybe available upon request.
