Good option for a week in Ustka.

We stayed in the apartment for a whole week - very well equiped for a family of 3 or 4, good size, well cleaned, not too far from the beach (a 5-10 minute walk), balcony faces the forest and dunes, so a very pleasant sight.

The couch is not the softest, just bearable. But the biggest issue is the seagulls - they have nested on top of the building and they make a lot of noise starting from around 4am. Since the apartment is located on the last floor, just under the roof, you can hear a lot of that noise, especially if you want to sleep with open windows for fresh air (there is no AC) - the seagulls sometime walk on the 2 skylights in the bedroom and peck at the windows, so if their cawking does not wake you up, their pecking will surely do so. If there were no seagulls, the place would be a 10/10.

Blisko plaży, wygodnie, zacisznie i czysto :) warto!

Czyste, wygodne mieszkanie z widokiem na las i wydmy. Bardzo blisko plaży, wystarczył 10 minutowy spacer. W pobliżu sklepy, miejsca parkingowe osiagalne. Blisko centrum Ustki. Super miejsce, szczególnie w krótki "posezonie".

Przydałby się ekspres do kawy, ale radziliśmy sobie :)

Apartament czysty, obszerny dla 2 osób, wygodne łóżka i wszystko w nim było co niezbędne do sympatycznego pobytu. Poza tym nowoczesna estetyka wyposażenia mieszkania. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielami i położenie obiektu super, z jednej strony blisko na Plażę Zachodnią , że drugiej ciekawy spacer do centrum przez kładkę.

Super pobyt

Czystość, lokalizacja, wyposażenie, kontakt, ogólnie wszystko na ogromny plus. Nam żadne hałasy nie przeszkadzały, bo ich nie było:) I pomimo, że mieszkanie na ostatnim piętrze, nie bylo za gorąco, ale to też zasługa pogody, która była idealna w czasie naszego pobytu :)

Jedyny minus to parking, parkowanie na zasadzie gdzie się uda i jak się uda, ponieważ jest za malo miejsc parkingowych, do tego część miejsc jest niewykorzystana, ponieważ są prywatne. Nam akurat udało się zaparkować w jednym z lepszych miejsc i nigdzie nie jeździliśmy, ale gdybyśmy gdzieś na chwilę wyjechali, nie wiadomo, gdzie udałoby się zaparkować po powrocie.

lokalizacja bardzo dobra, bo miejsce spokojne, z dala od hałasu z centrum Ustki

widok na wydmę, mieszkanie usytuowane na 4 piętrze, więc nikt nie zaglądał nam do okien, bliskość ścieżki prowadzącej do morza

parking jest ogólnodostępny i nie ma wyznaczonego miejsca parkingowego, a osiedle jest duże (10 budynków), więc może być problem z parkowaniem
