L'emplacement très central de l'immeuble avec accès direct sur la promenade et à la plage.
L'appartement était bien rénové et décoré dans un style plaisant avec assez d'armoires pour ranger des effets.
Le balcon avec la vue dégagée sur la piscine et la mer était assez grand.
Les parties communes sont vétustes.
L'eau de la piscine était encore fraiche pour se baigner.
Il fallait payer 3 Euros par jour pour les transats.
Pas de parking à l'hôtel même alors très difficile de trouver des places dans l'espace public ou très cher avec 30 Euros par jour dans le parking souterrain.
