The property was as advertised. It was roomy, comfortable and beautifully appointed. We especially loved the full length deck that accommodated outdoor dining and luxurious lounging. The view was stunning and we appreciated how quiet it was, allowing us to enjoy the sounds of the birds and the waves. The welcome basket was a delightful and delicious surprise. The property manager was very helpful and was available for any questions. We have been vacationing in the area for many years and, after inquiring about our interests, she recommended a bookstore that was new to us. We loved our stay at this West Bay paradise. It is perfect for family fun or for those who want a peaceful time away from it all.

Had an amazing week at this house. Vacationing on Lake Michigan (or the Bay) was on my bucket list. When I came across this property listing, it checked all my boxes. Water access, amenities (kayaks, paddle board, life jackets), a great view, secluded but not isolated, close proximity to essentials (grocery, restaurants), nearby marina, updated and well kept.
The owners seemed to have thought of everything—welcome basket, book with things to know (wi-fi password, temperature controls, and so on), board games, books, firewood for the pit, lists of their favorite restaurants and nearby activities, and even labeling of the light switches and kitchen cabinets and drawers.
Sutton’s Bay was a quaint town. We found the shops and area to be absolutely charming. Everyone we met was welcoming and helpful. Cayman (manages rental) went above and beyond in ensuring our trip was a great one. She made us aware of several events, which were some of the highlights of our trip. The Cherry Festival Air Show (watched the Blue Angels), Northport Fireworks for July 4th, lunch at Hop Lot just to name a few. Highly recommend this property!

Property is great. Modern interior and very clean. The dock is easy to get to and perfect for launching kayaks and paddle boards. Absolutely will stay here again!
