En terme d’amélioration, quelques petits travaux dans la salle de bain et toilettes. Manque de linges de lit.

Excellent location. Spacious apartment.
A few maintenance issues need attending to eg hose connecting the shower rose, shower rose bracket needs repair, no soap holder in the shower recess, no soap provided. The tv was a challenge. The lift was out of order from my 2nd day until I checked out on my 4th day. 4 flights up & down isn't fun for a 70yr old. Not the owner's fault though. Lift maintenance leaves a lot to be desired.

La disponibilité du propriétaire et son accueil. Il m'a donné beaucoup de renseignements sur Fort de France et son Carnaval. Toujours à l'écoute, il apporte des solutions. Le studio est confortable et à deux pas de la rue piétonne centrale.
