The pool is great! It is much deeper than most pools in the area. There is a beautiful almond tree at the property.
It is really dark - my apartment was on ground floor but there is very little light only 1 window and it feels like a basement apartment. The photos made it look light but it was really dark and damp, and a bit moldy. There was construction a block away and I could feel the room shake because it is first floor slightly below the street.
