1. The apartment was huge. Since we came in winter, there was no pool available. 2. It’s easy to get the keys from the lock box. 3. The kitchen is well-equipped. It has everything you’d need for the kitchen. 4. Beds were comfortable. 5. Host was responsive. 6. Showers were very good and powerful.

1. There was NO floor heating in the other room. As a result, it was very cold and the humid. I do not think it’s worth it during winter despite given portable heater. The floor was stone cold marble. 2. There is mould in the suite bathroom and walls - (see photos). The floors are slippery as they are all marble. Not recommended for this who slip easily despite having an anti-slip mat. The bathroom had mould in the joints and silicone. Risk of mould infection. 3. The washing machine was not usable and it was very rusty. You can see the rust all over the machine. 4. The lights on the cooker hood do not work. 5. The people living above are very loud at 6am. You can hear all the footsteps through the floor. If you’re a light sleeper or a baby sleeps lightly, it’s very difficult. 6. The ventilation is poor despite having a fan in each bathroom. The windows mist up easily from water condensation. 7. There was no vacuum cleaner or broom. We couldn’t clean the floors if we wanted to.
