Would recommend if you're fine with extremely loud music.

The rooms are in very good condition. Spacious, clean, well-lit, with all the furniture necessary. The bathrooms are in very good shape too, as clean as anyone could hope for. The metro station is about a 12-minute walk from the hotel.

There is a banquet on the ground floor, and another spare banquet in the basement. Hence, it got extremely noisy with the DJ and other loud music on both the days that we stayed (over the weekend). The DJ is allowed till 23:30 at night which makes sleeping early very difficult. Apart from this, the hotel staff is quite impolite and no housekeeping was done on any of the days of our stay.

Staff were apologetic. It is not possible to stay here as a foreigner. I was not told until I arrived at the hotel, I had paid for a rickshaw to bring me here but had to take another to another hotel.

Disappointing

They have charged me 1900 rs for their cleaning issue. Instead of laundry charges they charged me for new bedsheet and towel. This is very disappointing for me. The room rent is 2350 app. And 1900 extra. This is insane

I don’t recommend this hotel.

the design (corridors).

-They are showing the option of hotel driver (to bring you from the airport to the hotel) but this service doesn’t exist. -The room floors were so dirty, the water flow was so low (instead of taking 10 minutes shower you will need an hour). -the staff : communication was so poor (90% can not speak English, and a hotel has been made meanly for strangers not local citizens), there’s no professional outfit for staffs, so you cannot identify who is working there. -Food: 80% of the meals in the menu don’t exist/not available. + the existing food wasn’t good. and you need to have cash to pay for it (bank card isn’t acceptable). -If you are staying for more than 1 day, they will not clean your room in daily basis, but they will wait till you finish your stay.

Fantastic stay.

Had a weekend getaway at this brilliant property. The hotel has done everything to ensure the guests had a safe stay post lockdown with every safety measures in place. The service was absolutely brilliant and prompt which indeed made our stay delightful. Food served was again fantastic.
