Second Row, 4 Bedroom/3 Bath Home w/ Private Pool and Dock. Sleeps 10

Best beach house we've stayed at. The house had a bit of everything, including a wonderful sound system, pool, dock and plenty of space for our family. Al was quick to respond when we had questions and the house was clean and had lots of perks that kept everyone happy from the youngest kiddo to the older parents. My inital concerns were put to rest because the beach is a very short walk and never seemed to distant and the pool held all of our family and was much larger than I anticipated. Great Stay! We hope to book again next year!

Overall I was very impressed with the property. The host was quick to communicate and answer questions honesty. We didn't have any issues with the property but other reviews stated he was quick to address concerns. The pool was a fav of my kids, loved being on the intercostal waterway. We rented the kayaks from our host and really enjoyed cruising the waterway. Check in was easy, access to the beach was close, view from the crow nest was spectacular, parking was great, if I was forced to add an issue the dishwasher dry function didn't seem to work but we didn't complain to the host, not a big deal to us. We will be looking here for next year, it was that good!

We had a blast! The home was clean, spacious and well equipped. Al was always quick to respond.

The house was very roomy and Al was quick to respond. While the house has a ton of potential, it did have some downfalls. There were a few pieces of furniture, mainly the dining room chairs and one or two of the lounging chairs by the pool that were either broken or barely hanging on, there was no broom for cleaning and while there was a swiffer, there were no dry pads. The rental was supposed to include a welcome package with starter supplies of tp, paper towels, trash bags, etc but the cleaner forgot to leave it and Al said she would be back later that evening but unfortunately she never came. The house had no toilet paper, no paper towels nor trash bags when we arrived and we had small children that had to use the restroom as soon as we got there. The pool liner was also coming apart & there were pieces of it floating in the pool each day. The solar panel lights on the steps didn't work and the lighting under the deck were very dim. Overall the house has a ton of potential & could be updated to be an amazing choice for vacation, but for the price we were a little disappointed.
