Nah und Gut Markt direkt gegenüber, Bäcker 3 Häuser weiter. Vermieter super nett und hilfsbereit sowie auskunftsfreudig

Heizkörper sehr alt (Konvektor? Standgeräte, exrem schwer, grau, mit Gebläserippen unten an der Front - hatte meine Oma in Ostfriesland auch in jedem Raum) und bei Ankunft (um die 0°) mussten wir lange aufheizen, da Heizleistung entsprechend lange auf sich warten ließ. Badezimmer mit Nachtabschaltung - nachts und morgens bei inzwischen fast Minusgraden und Regenwetter eiskalt. Dauerte dann recht lange bis es warm wurde. Musste man sich halt schneller und vor allem warm anziehen.
