AquaVista is a low density complex located on the west end of Panama City beach within one mile of Pier Park! Great beach rental for couples, families of four, and no greater than 3 adults! Restaurant and Winn-Dixie grocery store across the street. This is a two bedroom, two bath 1200 sq. foot unit with spectacular views from the open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. Tastefully decorated with a coastal feel. Large balcony! Free beach chairs and umbrella during season (March 15 - October 15, 2026). Wireless Internet and desk. Work from the beach!

Me and my family stayed for 3 days and it was amazing! The host was very good at communicating and everything overall was very good.

The unit was very nice. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Parking became an issue because visitors had no parking spots and couldn’t stay longer than 6 hours.

Our stay here was just perfect, from the view, and amenities, we couldn’t have asked for a better place. The host was great with communication and was always quick in replying. We visit PCB at least once a year and staying on the west side was best trip so far.

We will definitely stay here again! Its a very nice set up ! And we went to gulf coast jam and it was not far of a drive an traffic was not ridiculous, and the beach was not crowded at all ! And the 2 free beach chairs were nice too ,cant find that anymore .we had a great time at this condo .
