About this house rental

One mile to public launch on Lake Guntersville, this fully furnished 4 bedroom, 2 bath vacation retreat (sleeps 10) features a large covered patio surrounded by pastoral views and shaded lawn. Master loft with a king bed overlooks living room and includes a day bed, two spacious bedrooms downstairs feature another king bed, one queen bed; fourth bedroom features 3 twin beds. All rooms with views. Peaceful, well maintained, sparkling clean. Firepit, grills and outdoor seating, double detached locking garage located at the end of a private drive (near Mink Creek, 3.5 min from Goosepond Colony Golf course and marina). Perfect for fishermen, family vacations, golfer and hunters. Included: fully equipped kitchen, fridge and range, washer/dryer, coffee station, microwave, tv/cable, central heat/air, smoke detectors, exterior security lighting, NONSMOKING residence. No smoking or pets allowed. Free wifi. Ask us about event planning.

This house was very practical for what we needed and the location provided quick, convenient access to lake Guntersville. Nothing fancy but everything we needed. Large area for parking multiple boats and the location was very private. Property owner was readily available and helpful when needed. Definitely on my list of places to return to.
