La casa al nostro arrivo era davvero molto pulita.
Il parcheggio è di fronte alla casa ma se si va via con la macchina è buona norma mettere una sedia per occupare il posto.
Il lettino è molto comodo ma è per bambini o comunque persone non più alte di 150cm
Cucina attrezzata con due fuochi a gas e due piastre più forno funzionante. Perfetta!!!
Posizione eccellente per andare al mare, e abbastanza vicina al porto di Brela (Brela centro). In 20 minuti si arriva a piedi a Punta Rata.
Studenac molto vicino ma da usare solo in caso di emergenza perché poco fornito e con prezzi folli. Per una spesa sostanziosa conviene prendere la macchina e andare al centro commerciale a Makarska.
Aria condizionata ben funzionante e casa comunque fresca.
Nelle foto su booking si intravede una lavatrice in bagno ma purtroppo si è rotta l'anno scorso e non è stata rimessa. Per fortuna il proprietario è stato così gentile da farmi usare la sua lavatrice privata.
La camera da letto matrimoniale è un po' piccolina e ci si rigira male, più che altro non si riesce ad aprire bene le ante dell'armadio (con ante scorrevoli sarebbe stato più pratico). Nella veranda non c'è molta privacy perché accanto all'ingresso di casa c'è la scala di accesso agli appartamenti superiori.

Great location and price. You can only book last minute (up to 1 month before arrival), and pay nonrefundably upfront which is why it was still available considering price is very low for location.. Place is very clean and looks bigger because of high walls. Matresses are soft, there is a big fridge with freezer, nice AC, oven, lots of storage place and free parking place included in front of the place. Stairs to the beach are in front of the place, on the left, behind the private parking. Many stuning beaches to choose from and good food prices at "konzum" market. Owner was great
There are no mosqito netts on the window nor the front door (which are the only source or fresh air supply). There was no washing mashine nor the drying wreck. There is some space for drying clothes but not much. Neighbours were loud sometimes. There is no privacy in the front sitting space, so you can't really sit there comfurtably
