The inner for the duvet sheet was so dirty ,no bathroom mat there was a dirty towel on the floor .

The location is nice and the building with its public facilities and amenities were nice as well.
The unit apartment I was allocated to was not spotlessly clean as the floor was not clean as it should for new guests and the toilet reeked after flushing. It requires maintenance so other guests don’t experience what I experienced. Some of the contents of the apartment was underwhelming as well, for example the dustbin cover was broken, and one of the doors had a small hole on them. For an advertised 4 star accommodation, I was disappointed and I would not say I lived in a 4 star apartment. However as I mentioned, the building as a whole is nice but the apartment in isolation did not do justice and I would rate it 3 out of 4.
