Die Lage des Hauses direkt am Wald ist sehr gut. Grundstück komplett eingezäunt. Betten und Matratzen sind gut. Ausstattung ist gut.
Küche renovierungsbedürftig.

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist hervorragend. Wald- und Wanderwege, wie auch der wunderschöne Schlosspark liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Haus und Grundstück sind sehr gut für einen Urlaub mit Hund geeignet. Außerdem ist die Ausstattung mit mehreren Schlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmern äußerst praktisch. Das alles bekommt man zu einem fairen Preis.
Leider wirkt das Interieur etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ist teilweise etwas ungepflegt und unsauber. Viele Oberflächen in Bad und Küche haben wir vor Benutzung erstmal geputzt. Besteck, Geschirr und Küchengeräte wurden ebenfalls vor Benutzung erstmal gesäubert. Im Schrank standen beispielsweise auch ungespülte Glasschalen, in denen noch ein Kräuterdressing klebte. Darüber hinaus fehlte es dann doch an den ein oder anderen Dingen im Haus, wie zum Beispiel Abseiher, Teelöffel oder Kloputzmittel.
