The bunk beds springs were a bit noisy, but with all the sea air we both slept through after the first night!

The perfect place to admire Caswell Bay; an ever-changing blissful panorama.

The location is absolutely stunning. Very welcoming and well resourced. Truly a home from home for us.

The corridor is a bit tired and grubby, with the fire doors either slamming or not closing; none of this is the host’s fault or responsibility.

Great view, but stairs difficult.

The view was spectacular from the flat, and the flat had everything we needed.

The stairs down to the flat were challenging for 2 elderly ladies. Also the towels were poor quality and hard.

No freezer facility, freezer not functioning due to missing freezer door , so unable to obtain frozen products, especially with weather being so hot. Pity key cannot be collected/ left in key safe, rather than having to return it to spar shop and have code to initially enter main gate . Bit of a trek up and down stairs with luggage but worth it. Just need to pack less ! 😂😂

We loved the beach and had amazing weather for our 3 day stay.

Absolutely amazing location overlooking the west end of Caswell beach. Panoramic sea views from the large picture window, with the bonus of a very comfortable armchair to sit in and enjoy the view! Good facilities. Easy access to the beach down some steps from the carpark. Comfortable beds.

The most difficult thing was only having one key fob, as it is needed to enter the main reception area. So if part of the family needs to head back to the flat early, there is no way of the others getting in - except making signals under the window!! Mobile reception is non-existent on the whole! It would have been nice to have a larger frying pan! But everything else was so amazing.

What a location! I've always loved the Gower coastline, and this apartment couldn't be closer to the beach if it tried. It was fantastic waking up to the gorgeous view from the large apartment windows.

What isn't there to like!! Beautiful location and fantastic hosts.. we didn't switch the telly on all week .. Sat and watched the sea and the sky.. swam, body boarded and surfed.. The location is second to none. Our hosts were fantastic.. can't fault them or their gorgeous apartment.. Fantastic welcome pack too!! 🥰

Wonderful views great apartment

Amazing views and location, very clean and well equipped. Great walks right from the door. We kayaked in the cove. We enjoyed just sitting by the open window and seeing all the comings and goings on the beach.

Although it overlooked the beach there seemed a lot of stairs to actually get there! But we're not exactly youngsters.

Superb apartment with stunning views

Stunning location, with an incredible vista over Caswell Bay. Able to check tides, surf, etc from our own room! Clean and tidy, comfortable furniture and enough space for our small family. Minor problem with hot water was resolved very quickly (thanks!) Parking on site. Would love to return again.

Only minor points: Would benefit from some good knives (all the ones we found were tiny or worn) and a large saucepan. No drying space. Drinking glasses were in 3's, it'd be nice to have a 4th as there were four of us staying.

A lovely short stay

Amazing view of the ocean a real plus. Very cosy - well decked out little flat with everything you could need for a short break. Very clean. Great information from owners on access.

Communal areas very dated and problems with damp which mean a musty smell and a few damp patches through the building.

Gem of a place, everything you need in a beautiful location

What an absolute gem of a place! Very unassuming on arrival but felt warm and welcoming once we got in, and after a grueling 5 hour drive that was exactly what we needed. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The hosts provided brilliant instructions on getting there, picking up the keys and were very responsive and flexible. The apartment is on a beautiful beach and loads of good walking in the area.

Finding it in the dark in winter is a little unnerving but the nothing to dislike about the apartment and had a fantastic stay.

Lovely space, beautiful location to explore The Gower.

The location of this apartment is just lovely. In October there was plenty of available parking. The view is spectacular, and you can sit and watch the beach action from the comfort of this lovely apartment. There are walks directly from the apartment and many restaurants and pubs within an easy drive.

There were some minor issues (or I certainly would mark this review with all excellent), but they were taken care of very promptly by the owners and this did not inconvenience us too much at all. Owners were extremely nice, communicated very well and dealt with everything.

It was our second time of staying at Redcliffe apartments as always very clean and tidy amazing place to stay. Lovely Views over looking the bay . Good location for walks along the coastal path and a small car drive away from worms head definitely recommend this location all in all lovely place to stay.

Lounge excellent layout ,very comfortable and well furnished.lots of extras like binoculars to use and games,DVDs etc.Spotlessly clean with nice linen and towels. Lovely welcome pack and card. Really appreciated the attention to detail.parking good. Excellent communication with owners. Everything was very clear and helpful.

Corridors to the apartment were a bit musty and carpets stained but decoration is pending and we were made aware of this. Hopefully this will improve the areas. Access for us was a little challenging with steps up to the reception and 2 more half flights down to the apartment. It was made clear no lift. I had a bad knee so struggled with the stairs. Bedroom space has been used imaginatively to make the most of the space to provide 2 rooms but the bunk room is very tight on space and the partition in between the rooms was thin. Workable for children though. Toilet position is a little awkward too. It wouldn’t stop us staying here again. Location makes up for the niggles. Price for this apartment is very fair.

Amazing apartment, stunning location, friendly and communicative hosts. 10/10

We’ve just returned from a 5 night stay in Flat 7a. Wow - we loved everything about our stay. Alison & Paul who own this property have thought of every little detail to provide a comfy, homely, clean and fantastically equipped apartment. Check in and Check out was easy and Alison and Paul were very accommodating when I messaged to ask if we could check in a couple of hours earlier than the agreed time. The view from the apartment is just stunning and we took the advice from another reviewer to leave the French doors that open the bedroom up to the lounge open at night so we could awaken to the amazing views. We had mixed weather during our stay, including one day where the fog didn’t lift for most of the day but the view of the fog over the hills and water was still beautiful and fascinating to observe. I forgot to pack our favourite family games - Uno and cards and so we were delighted to find a pack of cards and a chess set in one of the drawers. There is also a selection of DVD’s and books provided. The apartment building although not pretty from the exterior is located in an amazing spot with direct access to the beach. Parking is plentiful and during our stay the car park was never full. The apartment block houses a mix of holiday apartments and some with permanent residents. We had friends who were staying in another apartment in the block but everyone that we encountered on the site was very friendly. We would 100% recommend this apartment and would love to return for a summer visit next time.

We loved everything about apartment 7a. The communal areas of the building are looking a bit tired but during our stay we saw contractors working on the electrics and we understand that following the completion of this work the communal areas are due to be redecorated.

Amazing apartment, home from home, spotlessly clean amazing views 🏖 🌊 you feel like your away from everything. Will definitely return, the hosts Alison and Paul kept in good contact and we even got to check in at 10.00am. Highly recommended for a relaxing gorgeous break away from life. ❤️

A wonderful location, lovely accommodation and the beach literally right outside your window!

The Booking.com advert had a picture of the view from the window and this was what sold us the rental for our week away. We were absolutely blown away by the accommodation with it's well equipped kitchen, beautiful decore, relaxed and refreshing feel, as well as the little touches like welcome pack and fresh clean linnen. The accommodation is not large but it was more than adequate for our purposes. The accommodation may not be pretty to look at from the outside but it now stands as one of the best places we have stayed in the UK.

We didn't like having to leave!
