スーパーが隣 必要なものはすぐ買えるので助かる 銭湯も歩いていけるし食事にも困らない。食べ歩きできて大阪楽しかった スタッフと会わない為気を使わず過ごせます 部屋も新しく綺麗でした。
壁が薄く交通量のある道路の近くなので音や振動が気になる人は気になります 早朝から交通量は多めです 洗濯機はあるがハンガーのみのため小物は干す場所に困ります また室内干しの場合はなかなか乾きにくい 。ベランダに干す場所はありました お風呂は小さく近くの銭湯利用がおすすめ 冷蔵庫はありますがコンセントが二つ口だが電子レンジ 湯沸かしケトル 冷蔵庫と3個口だといいな

新築ということもあり、きれいではありました。
洗面台の壁紙剥がれは直視できないほど汚かったです。 そして、幹線道路沿いなので車の音、通行人の声がうるさかったです。 また、電気錠以外の施錠がなく少し不安感はありました。
