About this house rental
Peaceful residence, less than 2 km from the Arcachon basin, 1.5 km from the village center, 8 km from the ocean, 400 meters from the cycle path, 40 minutes from Bordeaux by car, 25 km from Cap Ferret. If you like water, the heated swimming pool and the Spa will do you a great deal of good near the ranges, the strawberry tree and the olive tree. Here birds are omnipresent. Terrace, garden of 1000m2, not overlooked. Between ocean and forest, if you love nature you are welcome. In all simplicity, this house on this unpretentious plot of land will make you spend pleasant moments between sea and land thanks to the Ocean, the Arcachon basin. I provide 4 mountain bikes, very practical to visit the entire coastline by the cycle path and trails which are worth the detour. Two bodyboards and a surfboard for children are available, a public football, basketball and handball court are open to all free of charge as well as tennis courts for a fee 300 meters from the pavilion. La Pose is close to many natural energy sites, virtues to supply positive vibes, spaces if you want to let off steam physically, or peace.

Très agréable séjour en Famille avec un chien. Une maison bien équipée idéalement située pour visiter le bassin d'arcachon. Un jardin arboré dans lequel il est agréable de prendre ses repas ou de se détendre dans le Spa . Merci au propriétaire pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Un Havre de paix a recommander

Location très bien située, proximité de commerces, centrale pour les visites autour du Bassin d’Arcachon et des vignobles bordelais. Propriété agréable, conforme à l’annonce, un petit plus par rapport au jardin entièrement clôturé pour nos animaux.
Seul petit bémol, le manque de verres long drink pour l’apéro et tasses pour le petit déjeuner 😄
Location à recommander sans hésitation. L’hôte David est super accueillant et d’une grande gentillesse.

La maison de David se situe dans un quartier calme à 2 pas du centre d’Ares. Elle est spacieuse, très propre et fonctionnelle. Le jardin est magnifique, le jacuzzi et la douche extérieure sont un vrai plus. C’est une très chouette location dans laquelle il ne manque rien pour se sentir bien et profiter sereinement de la beauté du Bassin.
