About this apartment rental
Located in the Pinus Village resort complex between Chia and Santa Margherita di Pula, in a unique and unparalleled seaside setting, this first-floor apartment features a terrace. There are no words to describe the location of this little corner of paradise among centuries-old mastic trees; with its unique view, it feels like being on a cruise ship—the only difference being that here, the sea is right outside your door. A tip? Stock up on a few supplies, park your car right outside, and live like Robinson Crusoe—just enjoy the sea. No more traffic, roundabouts, traffic lights, endless lines, or hunting for parking—just home, relaxation, the sea, and beaches. Right outside the house is a beautiful beach of light-colored sand with unique hues; in the evening at sunset, dine on the terrace and savor the pleasure of the sea breeze........
