On the first floor large travertine living room of 80m2 with American kitchen open to the living/dining room. Gas piano, American fridge with ice cube production, oven, microwave oven. The living room consists of a large 5-seater sofa and a 3-seater sofa bed (real 160 bed with 17cm mattress), giant screen TV latest generation (by Wifi) and fireplace. The dining room consists of a large 3m oak table with Scandinavian design chairs. To finish the first floor, whirlpool bathroom with large mirror, double travertine sinks with WC. Reversible air conditioning.
Upstairs, you will find 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have kingsize beds in 160X35 and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed in 90x190 with its own bathroom (with washing machine). 1 travertine bathroom with bathtub, double sinks and large mirror, 1 separate toilet and a games room. All the rooms on the first floor open onto a beautiful and large terrace with panoramic views of the surrounding nature and the swimming pool. Swimming pool with shelter for the safety of all and allowing you to always have hot water. This is located on an IPE terrace of 110m2 shaded by a magnificent hundred-year-old oak tree under which you can take your meals in the cool. Weber gas barbecue, shaded petanque court, table tennis, baby kit (cot, high chair...) are at your disposal.
Full end-of-stay cleaning (you must leave the house clean, dishes done and bed linen in place) and bed linen, towels, dish towels are INCLUDED in the price.

You are 5 minutes from Ok Coral, 20 minutes from the beaches (Cassis, La Ciotat) 30 minutes from Marseille or Toulon. Many mountain bike rides or walks to do for sports and/or nature lovers. Castellet Paul Ricard circuit (F1) 10 minutes away. Aquacity, Le Bois des Lutins, Zoo... nearby.
In the town you will find: horseback riding, a pony club, donkey rides, paintball, laser game, karting, paragliding...
Market on Saturday morning and Carrefour contact open from Monday to Sunday morning.

Rental for MINIMUM 7 days and FULL WEEK during the summer period (Saturday to Saturday).
