The staff was always there for us. Househost Lana and her husband made our trip almost perfect. Whatever people may require when renting a holiday they try to provide. My wife and I consider to visit House Ursa again in following holiday season (Christmas or New Year). This house and its staff seem to be a nice choice for winter wonderland.
