It was quite spacious with a comfortable lounge area
The noise of workmen arriving at 7am and parking outside our bedroom windows. Then opening and slamming van doors many times. The frypans in the kitchen need to be replaced as the Teflon coating is peeling away making them dangerous and unsafe to cook with.

Quiet location, comfortable beds, spacious accommodation, lots of towels available, a selection of linen, breakfast left there as desired, off street parking, welcoming, good comms, easy to collect keys, decent TV set up.
Revolting cleaning fluid smell that lingered the whole two days we stayed, even with windows open could not get rid of it, was disgusting, this is the main drawback. Place is a bit dated and tired, could do with a decent ironing board cover, a bin in bathroom and a deep clean including skirting and dusty areas.
