Peak season months (Memorial Day through Labor Day) are Full Week Rentals Only !!
Three bedroom /two full bath, fully furnished and fully equipped condo. Just two blocks from the cherry grove fishing pier, and beach access across the street. It is close to golf courses and restaurants in North Myrtle Beach . Only 15 minutes away from the popular shopping center of Barefoot Landing ,which is where the Alabama theater is and the House of Blues .
*All beds are queen size and have pillows and comforters on them.
*Wi-Fi and cable included.
*We do offer a linen service with bath towels /wash clothes and 3 sets of queen sheets for additional fee of $125 .
*There is NOT a washer and dryer.
*Must be 25 years or older to book.
*No motorcycle or trailers allowed !
*Parking underneath the building is Not permitted ,,it is for homeowners only! Though it can be used for loading and unloading . After unloading you must park either in the front or back of the building !
*We have a keyless entry with a four digit code for the deadbolt, the code will be of your choosing after rental agreement has been reached .
*Parking passes will be required on all vehicles and displayed on your dashboard at all times while on the property !
* We do have a common area with picnic tables and there’s also a outdoor shower that you can rinse your feet off after a day at the beach!
*NOT INCLUDED* Washer & Dryer , Bed sheets, bath & beach towels, wash clothes ,beach chairs and umbrellas.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The place was walking distance to the beach, a short drive from grocery stores and restaurants. Check in was simple. The place was clean and let me tell you comfiest bed I have slept on, I know my friends said the same!!! Will definitely be staying again. Thanks again for a great place!
