Conveniently located next to train station, with supermarkets nearby. The room was spotlessly clean. Very good air conditioning. Towels were replaced and shower gel / shampoo were replenished everyday. Nice balcony. Useful to have a fridge in room to store food and drinks. Very well equipped kitchen downstairs. The host was very responsive on WhatsApp, although he did not know much English. Everything was sorted with Google Translate.
The bed was a bit too soft. WiFi could be a bit hit and miss upstairs. Also there were mosquitoes in kitchen area.

location is perfect if you have kids - near the amusement park, however there is a 10 minute walk to the beach
the view from the balcony is less than great
