Very nice, comfortable and private spot. Perfect for two couples and a 7 year old. Conveniently located to downtown PS and grocery story. One minor complaint is the descriptor stating "w/ heated pool." That feature definitely played a role in our choosing this site, but it was only after making the reservation that we learned heat came at a significant added cost. However, pool was perfectly comfortable without it this time of year. Would definitely rent again.

The house was a perfect retreat for us. We loved the quiet neighborhood with the very private backyard. The hospitality was spot on and look forward to returning in the future.

A lovely house, and an outstanding host who is extremely responsive and welcoming. Great spaces and a fabulous backyard. It’s been mentioned before, and our experience would have been enhanced, with some real glasses and crockery, only having plastic was at first for us in a Palm Springs rental and a bit disappointing.However, this is a great house a great host and we would rent it again.

We had a great time and will definitely book this house again next time we are in Palm Springs! The house was one of the cleanest VRBO homes we’ve rented. The homeowner gave us access to the washer and dryer, which was so helpful. The kitchen had everything we need to cook all our meals. The pool is large and had plenty of room to play! The pool and yard were very well taken care of!
