About this apartment rental
This two story condo has a full kitchen, half bath/Full size laundry and living area on the main floor and 2 bedrooms (Kings) , 2 full bathrooms on the second floor. The living room has a balcony overlooking the beautiful white sand beach and blue waters of the gulf and the master balcony has view of Carillon Neighborhood and side view of the Gulf. Condo has a queen sleeper sofa as well as a nook that can be used for extra sleeping space. Guests can access 2 pools, tennis courts, basketball court, Bocce ball court, shuffle board, Dock on lake Powell, Fitness center and men's and women's sauna

Communication with the property owner was better than anything I could’ve asked for! He checked in with me multiple times before and during my stay to make sure things were good. The condo was in great condition and the location is perfect; just a short walk and elevator ride up to the unit. We will definitely be back!!

I would highly recommend this property! Erik was VERY easy to work with and communicated with us before, during, & after our stay. The condo was immaculate and they provided us with many great amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and would love to stay here again! Thank you! :)

Very clean and well decorated. Kitchen and bathroom supplies were plentiful. Great communication with the host. The master bed was very comfortable and upon investigation, I found it was a 'Purple' mattress. I'd been considering one of those for my own guest bedroom, I think I might go with it now.
My family has gathered at Pinnacle Port for many years on various gathering occasions. This was my first time in the A building.
I suspect I'll be back.

We had a great time and our condo could not have been nicer. The location was perfect. The beach was beautiful and the ocean was great! In short we had a wonderful vacation. I would highly recommend.
