Die Lage außerhalb von Porec ist für mich erwünscht, bin gerne etwas weg vom Trubel.
DIe Apartments sind sauber und vollständig eingerichtet (auch die Küche), und haben auch Fliegengitter an den Schlafzimmerfenstern, was mir persönlich wichtig ist.
Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, wohnen am selben Grundstück.
Der Parkplatz ist am Grundstück selbst, mit elektrischem Tor, was mir persönlich angenehm ist.
Ein Pluspunkt ist der kleine aber feine Pool mit Lounge Bereich, wo man sich erfrischen kann, wenn man es gerade nicht zum Meer schafft.
