About this chalet rental
Beautiful home perfect for a nice family get-away or a relaxing weekend with someone special. This cozy wooded view chalet has everything you need whether you want to relax and grill on your private deck or go out and explore the many amenities on the property such as the swimming pool, recreational center, putt putt, basketball, tennis, playground just to name a few. You would be just minutes away from the many local attractions that the town of Pine Mountain has to offer such as Callaway Gardens, Wild Animal Safari, FDR State Park etc.
This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, with an open floor plan, furnished kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining area, washer/dryer and charcoal grill on deck. Upstairs in the loft you will have one twin and one Queen bed and 2 queen bedrooms downstairs. Must be 25 years of age. PMCC cannot accommodate local reservations. Not Pet Friendly.

Stayed in a dog-friendly chalet for a weekend with husband and 2 small dogs. We visited Callaway Gardens, which is just a couple of miles away. Downtown Pine Mountain is also just a few minutes away with good local restaurants and a small grocery store. The chalet had a fireplace and the front office sells firewood, but only takes cash for the firewood. The chalet was roomy, but dated. Could have been cleaned better. Saw several cobwebs. Bedding appeared clean. Plenty of towels. Toiletries provided were bar soap for hand washing and a pack of face wipes. There were limited pots/pans for cooking in. Plates, utensils, and cups provided. No cleaning supplies. One pod for dishwasher and a small bottle of dish detergent provided. Deck outside with grill. Very quiet and family friendly. Chalets are far enough apart to give a bit of a private feel. Overall good visit.

Our family enjoyed staying at this chalet the week following Christmas. The location is very convenient to Callaway Gardens and FDR State Park. There was plenty of room in the Chalet for our family to spread out. If you like to eat in, there are a couple of pots and pans and a small cookie sheet. I would probably bring a few other cooking essentials next time. Overall we were very pleased. The cabin is close to the recreation center and our children enjoyed that. Would definitely stay in this chalet again.

The cabin could definitely use some updating and a good cleaning. We spent a lot of time on the front porch and it was very dirty and had algae growing all over the hand rails.
The plus side is it had plenty of room for my family of 4 plus my in-laws surprised us and stayed a night. There are lots to do in the neighborhood and surrounding area. We will definitely visit again.
