About this house rental
Welcome to Sea-Esta – Your safe bet for a family vacation! This home was built in 2004 and offers 4 Bedrooms (Sleeps 10), 3 full baths/2 half baths. This is a non-smoking residence with a private pool, hot tub, and plenty of parking space. The ground level features a king master bedroom with a private bathroom, in addition to a spacious recreation room with TV/DVD, refrigerator, washer/dryer, powder room, and wet bar ideal for creating fun family memories. The mid-level includes two queen bedrooms suites as well as a bunk room (sleeps 4). The first queen has its own full bathroom and the second bedroom shares a full bath with the bunk room.
The top level opens to a great room, dining area, kitchen and powder room that will allow your family to gather together and enjoy the ocean air opening to a furnished, spacious sun deck. The ocean views are beautiful from the living room deck with a cup of coffee! Please note that NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.

Great place with a great location. The proximity to the beach access is really great. Just a short walk away. Having the pool and hot tub were wonderful amenities. There are decks on both sides of the house, which is nice as you are have sun/shade options throughout the day. The pool is full sun for the afternoon. A few things, as you might find them helpful-The internet is very slow and often doesn’t work. Not a deal breaker as we were on vacation, but something you should know if you are counting on it. The kitchen is on the 3rd level, so prepare to carry your groceries up. And likely good to know for older or less mobile visitors. When they say bring your own towels- this means bath, beach, hand towels for bathrooms, and kitchen drying towels too.Wish there were 10 chairs in the kitchen to match the 10 people we had, there are only 8. And we like to sit together for dinner.Hope that is helpful for future renters. We fully enjoyed our stay. The location (walking to ice cream after dinner is awesome) the communication, the welcome, the beach toys, great cookware provided, the grill, 2 fridges, lovely pool and hot tub, everything was great and would highly recommend for your visit.

This is a great property! It’s close to the beach and we very much enjoyed the pool. The house was clean, well supplied, and everything we needed. The hosts were quick to answer any questions and very helpful.

This is our favorite beach home! Close to the ocean access, restaurants, entertainment, and the pool and hot tub are perfect! The house is fully stocked and we had a great stay.

We were unable to use the dish washer due to mold on the racks. We had to hand wash the cook pot (dried food on inside bottom of pot and dried food particles on dinner plate). The AC vent filters looked as though they have not been changed for several years. The ice maker in the kitchen area did not work. These items should be general maintenance concerns.
