This lovely executive home sleeps 15 and is an excellent private getaway. Located just outside the historic city of Hendersonville, NC.
Relax in the 6-person hot tub on the newly laid natural stone patio. Chill out by the fire pit in the evenings while sipping your favorite beverage.
Spread out over four levels and seven bedrooms with extra twin beds in the loft. A new full bathroom in the basement is completed. There are two full bathrooms on the second floor and one half bathroom.
This spacious home provides ample space for your family or a group of friends. Breathe in the fresh mountain air from the spacious and quiet back porch and enjoy 50+ mile views. Continue the mountain experience with the relaxing leather couches in the downstairs living area.
House Notes:
* One half bath on the main floor, two full bathrooms on the second floor.
* One full bathroom in the basement
* No bathroom on the third floor
* Hot tub and fire pits must be adult-monitored at all times
* NO bedroom on the first floor. All bedrooms are upstairs and in the basement
* The stairs upstairs have about 13 steps.
* No smoking, vaping, or candles.
* Must be at least 25 years old to reserve this property

* Please note that you are bringing your dog when making your reservation
* No puppies - Dog must be at least ONE YEAR OLD
* No attack or aggressive breeds of dogs are allowed
* Must have all shots and flea treatments that are up to date
* Must always be on a leash and under the control of the owner
* Must NOT sleep on beds, couches, or chairs
* You must clean up after your dog and do not flush poop down the toilet
* A dog fee will be charged for the extra cleaning required

This was an ideal property for our two families of 4 adults and 6 kids from age 1 - 7. There are built in baby gates, a playroom, a basketball hoop, and multiple eating spaces. They also provided a pack and play and highchair. Beautiful home, great for our group!

We did have a good time while in Hendersonville staying at this house, HOWEVER, there are things that would keep us from returning to this property. Those things are:
1. NONE of the toilets work correctly...CONSTANT problem;
2. Lady bugs inside the house were out-of-control;
3. Great room recliners (all) shed vinyl and are in TERRIBLE condition. Those little pieces of vinyl were everywhere including all over us after we sat in them. They were the only places to sit!
4. Shower handles appear to be broken because they just spin around. Maintenance man said they weren't, but they did not operate normally. Our daily plans were delayed because no one could get a shower.
5. One morning two men drove down the side, very private driveway and entered the basement of the house. My husband called immediately and the property manager told my husband that they had emailed us about this, but they definitely did not.
My son went outside and confronted one of the men because he thought he would have to defend us in some way. VERY SCARY.
6. The TV in one of the bedrooms was not usable because a special sign in code was needed that we didn't have.
7. The internet cut out the first morning we were there. It required management calling to get the service restored.
8. No storage available for food we brought in...no pantry or empty cabinets.
9. The only can opener available was broken.
10. No blinds on the large master bathroom window which overlooks the parking area. REALLY?
The beds were extremely comfortable. The views from the house were wonderful as advertised. The fireplace was great.
