The villa was fully equipped with high quality appliances, not usually available at holiday locations. The neighborhood was very quiet (some may find it too quiet).

The wifi speed was very low. I did several tests using speedtest.net and never got anything above 1.3 Mbps. This is hardly enough if you have three kids trying to watch YouTube simultaneously.

The location, isolated between crops and trees is perfect to rest. The house is new and very very comfortable. Patricia, the manager, is ready for everything you need. Beautiful places close to the house.

the house is brand new - built in 2021. the 2 bathrooms and kitchen are wonderful. washing machine and dishwasher are available. Across the house is an orange orchard, and if the garbage crew doesn’t pass at 4 am , it is very quiet. At night the only thing you can hear are the cow bells.

The house is very new and has no soul. No pictures on the wall, no decoration, no games for the kids, very basic stuff to cook. We bought pepper, sponges, sugar and coffee. You sit outside and enjoy the sun, but it’s like being on a platter as the garden (fake grass) is higher than the path that passes by the house. With no trees, people turn their heads when the pass on the path next to the house. And the view into the bedrooms is also unobstructed unless you lower the shades. A few shrubs would do the trick. Also the owner should add a few lounge chairs and stock up on the plates and exchange the wine glasses which are all blind from the dish washer. The link for the house leads you to the wrong place.
