Appartement Giulia

The Apartment is comfortably furnished and well equipped with all necessary kitchenware and beach supplies as well, the latter at least according to the inventory. However, a classical bathroom is missing; instead there is a shower, a lavatory, both separately each in its own small compartment - and a sink in the sleeping room. There are two narrow steep flights of stairs inside the building you have to climb with your luggage to reach the Apartment's entrance door. The location is very good : close to the beach (50 m), within reach by feet of all necessary shopping facilities (a bakery, a fish monger, a grocery shop) as well as nearly a dozen restaurants; the next stop of the coastal tramway is 200 m apart.. The owners had been very supportive with all questions needed to be solved for a relaxed stay.

Parking is a real challenge, even out of season. In the immediate vicinity only short term parking is permitted. We found a parking space 800 m apart from the accommodation for EUR 10/24 h. The TV set physically exists but linear TV is not available. You can either catch a selection of Netflix or the so called Rakuten TV, or put your smartphone stream on the screen of the TV. At least our streaming attempt was jerky to such an extent that we stopped it after a short time.

We liked everything about our stay and the flat. The friendliness of the hosts both in the run up to our stay and also when we arrived and during our stay. The composition of the flat, perfect size for two or three, super well equipped with everything you could need (candles, matches, tissue paper, kitchen paper, basic ingredients for food, dishwasher tabs, etc. etc the list goes on and on) and special bonuses such as delicious smelling hand and body soaps and the Christmas decorations and lights. The location is also amazing as it is on a completely quiet square, a 2' walk from the beach. Super comfy bed and sofas, fabulous shower, what more could you ask for?
