Our stay in Rocca was outstanding. Perfect location, highest standard with approach to the guests and all services. Very nice and helpful owner, ready to assist us with all kind of wishes. We had there great time! Hope to be back somewhere in future.

Wonderful place and great service

A great place for a family holiday - from start to finish! Upon arrival the friendly and serviceminded staf were ready to guide us into the parking spot and show us the facilities and the apartment. Durring the stay we always felt welcome - and the staff always greeted us with a smile. The apartment was a perfect match for our family - two adults and two young adults (19 and 16), the fitness had all equipment we needed and the pool was fine for relaxing and cooling down. We spend 6 days and had plenty of time to relax at the Rocco Riviera, use the local beach(es) and restaurants etc, but also spend some time in some the nearby cities to see some of the recommended spots and sites in the region. We also spent a day in Trieste - only located approx. 1 hours drive away. All in all a wonderful stay, at a really nice place, with really nice staff. A special thanks to Ms. Amina - thank you!

Loved the large balcony overlooking the pool with a distant view of the town church tower. The pool was refreshingly cool and clean. Enjoyed the property landscaping which included lavender, olive & citrus trees.

Amazing appartement, very luxurious!

The appartement looks like new, finishing with high quality materials. Everything is available. We had a superb terrace with a nice view. Overall high quality! We also liked the availability of electrical bikes and steps. Also a charge point is available for your car.

Beautiful apartment with luxury service, ideal for a mix of activities

Really great: beautiful setup in the apartment, good beds, daily cleaning (the lady was so nice), towels provided both for the bathroom and pool and changed upon request, even wardrobes, the sauna and fitness brand new, from the second floor we had the sea view, the owner was very nice and gave us lot good recommendations, provided also with our little additional requests . Overall we had a hotel service with the benefit of an apartment while traveling with 2 small kids

On the side of the building we were staying there was no lift (there is one in the other part) The road behind (from the parental room) can get a bit noisy. 5min walk to the port, but beach is a 15min walk Everything was so nice in the apartment we were a bit stressed the kids would mess up something… but that’s not the owner problem !

big terrace, spacious apartments, you always find a time when you have pool just for yourself, good location not far from city center and in the neighbourhood are good restaurants, communication with a host was very pleasent.

The apartments are on a great location. There are several great beaches nearby, and since we have bicycles it was easy to get around, they also provide bike racks which we were very happy about. There is an e bike charging option in the garage.

Lovely place and lovely owner.

We are an active couple so it was very important for us to have a gym and well-equipped kitchen on holiday. The gym is very well equipped for lots of workouts, we enjoyed the sauna and the pool as well. It is very close to the grocery store.

Velkorysé a sympatické místo s výhledem na moře

Sympatické a velkorysé prostory; měli jsme nejvýše položený apartmán – dál od bazénu, ale s krásným výhledem na moře. Majitelka moc milá: na uvítanou nápoje a sušenky, na rozloučenou lahvička olivového oleje. Denní úklid pokojů. Pillow menu, které jsme ani nevyužili, protože polštáře byly pohodlné, ale vím, že pro někoho to může být sympatická služba. Jako bonus uvedu, dostatečně velký bazén, volně přístupnou a dobře vybavenou posilovnu, možnost si zdarma půjčit elektrokoloběžky nebo elektrokola… a hlavně přístup, se kterým je ubytování vedeno. Je vidět, že si hostí váží, což není automatické… Pokud bude možnost, rádi se na toto místo vrátíme.

Velmi lehce bych vytknul některé drobné nepraktičnosti v kuchyni či koupelně, kde dostal design přednost před použitelností, ale to jsou detaily, které nám pobyt rozhodně nezkazily.

Traumhaftes Apartment - richtig luxuriös, hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet Extrem gut ausgestattetes Gym und Sauna Jeder Raum klimatisiert Bad mit Fenster Viel Platz für Kleidung Total sauber und gepflegt Man fühlt sich rundum wohl Vermieterin sehr herzlich und bemüht Vermieterin sendet Tipps für Aktivitäten und Restaurants vorab per Whatsapp Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Erlebnis, hat unsere Erwartungen definitiv übertroffen

Kühlschrank ist zwar riesig aber es gibt kein Eisfach Man kann zwar eines per Whatsapp „bestellen“ und das kommt auch sofort aber das was man nicht sofort nutzt schmilzt natürlich weg und wenn es so heiß ist hätte man halt gerne ständig Zugang zum Eis ohne ständig zu fragen Kein Insektengitter wodurch man die Terrassentür dauernd schnell schließen musste (zumindest wenns dunkler wurde) Wir waren zu dritt - die dritte Person musste meist kalt duschen da es nicht genug Warmwasser gab Nur 6 Liegen im Poolbereich war etwas wenig bei der Anzahl an Apartments/Gästen Diese Punkte sind aber wirklich jammern auf hohem Niveau - wir würden dennoch 10/10 Punkten geben und jederzeit wieder ins Rocco Riviera fahren. Danke für alles!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in zentraler Nähe. Kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit und das Zentrum sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Super nettes und hilfsbereites Team. Es war alles problemlos und man fühlte sich als Gast wertgeschätzt. Sehr unkomplizierte Kommunikation.

Gli appartamenti sono nuovi e curati in ogni particolare (per esempio il letto: materasso rigido+topper soffice+coprimaterasso x igiene). Aria condizionata in ogni ambiente. Biancheria di buona qualità. Cucina attrezzata e frigo spazioso. Capsule Nespresso originali. Sauna, sala fitness e piscina sono come da foto, ben tenute e pulite. La proprietaria gentile e disponibile. Anche la governante, Maya, è stata molto cortese con noi. La sistemazione non è proprio economica.

La fornitura di te' e caffè in appartamento non era sufficiente per tutti (prenotazione x 4, ma solo 2 capsule Nespresso e 2 bustine di tè), comunque, su richiesta ne abbiamo avute a sufficienza. La posizione non è delle migliori: è necessario tenere le finestre chiuse x il traffico stradale. La piscina è utilizzabile al massimo da una o due camere: il numero di lettini non sarebbe sufficiente per tutti gli ospiti assieme.

Das Apartment war wunderschön und komfortabel. Hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.Die Gastgeber und die Damen von der Reinigung waren sehr freundlich. Auch die Lage war perfekt, alles einfach fußläufig zu erreichen. Super waren auch die kostenlosen E-Scooter.

Traumhafter Urlaub!

Das Apartment war sehr schön eingerichtet im gehobenen Stil. Die Zimmer waren groß und sehr sauber. Die Haushälterin war sehr nett und hatte täglich eine Reinigung durchgeführt. Wallbox vorhanden - top. Die Lage war ebenfalls sehr gut, man ist innerhalb weniger Geh-Minuten in der Stadt oder am (Sand) Strand. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr schön und sauber. Wir hatten aus dem 1. OG einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf den Pool, das Meer und die Stadt. Wir hatten traumhafte 1,5 Wochen und kommen sehr gerne bald wieder!
