Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Zentrale Lage. Schöne kleine Terrasse. neues modernes Badezimmer, Parkmöglichkeit und Lademöglichkeit für E-Bikes, bequeme Betten, Küchenausstattung 10% Gurschein erhalten für eine weitere Buchung. Schnelle Reaktion zur Wiederherstellung der Warmwasserversorgung und Ersatz TV.
Bad und Schlafzimmer nicht auf derselben Etage, d.h. nur über eine sehr steile Treppe zu erreichen. Ist halt eine uraltes Häuschen. TV Empfang im WZ war gestört. Warmwasserversorgung mangels Wasserdruck für mehrere Stunden nicht verfügbar.

The charming character of the house and the thoughtful finishing touches by the host! It was extremely cozy and comfortable. We loved our stay; Brigitte was a lovely host who greeted us upon arrival and ensured we were settled when we arrived. The back bedroom had a beautiful view with ample sunlight. We had fantastic weather when we visited Duderstadt, and the little outdoor sitting area was great for chilling and reading in the afternoons.
The steep staircase was a bit tricky to navigate if you're not feeling your best. However, it's understandable (the house is very historic and it's a part of the character).
