About this house rental
Relax and enjoy this recently renovated cozy cottage just 2.5 miles from the heart of Shipshewana. Close enough to enjoy all this small town has to offer and just a short drive back from a busy day at the shops where you can enjoy an evening relaxing under the large shade trees by the wishing well in the secluded back yard. From the front porch is a nice view of a neighboring farm and you can enjoy seeing the many amish buggies as they stroll by. If you have a sweet tooth, another perk is the cute little frozen custard /ice cream stand within walking distance of this cozy getaway.
Inside you will find wireless internet, dish tv with all your favorites, DVD/Blue Ray player, a gas log fireplace with comfy seating space to unwind after a long day as well as a cozy nook for reading or having that morning cup of coffee. A Keurig coffee machine highlights this bright full size kitchen stocked with all the dishes, pots and pans needed to prepare your favorite gourmet meal if you choose. Microwave, electric skillet, toaster, electric griddle and hand mixer as well as oil, salt & pepper and a complete spice rack are all provided. A sound machine is provided for each bedroom for those light sleepers who might need a little something extra to help them doze off at night.

Millie’s Cottage was very clean and had great bathroom and kitchen supplies. The Keurig pods were so convenient too. Everything was as or better than advertised!

Everything was great. Close to the Bluegate restaurant & theater, which is why we visited. Very clean. Check in was a breeze and good communication from the host. Will definitely stay again next time we’re in town.

We had a great stay here! Home was clean, and very cozy! My kids greatly enjoyed the hot coco in the cute holiday mugs and played endless games of uno!
