Located in Beverino, this welcoming villa lets you experience it all. Jump into your car and make short work of the 15-minute drive to Piazza Garibaldi or the 16-minute drive to Naval Museum (and enjoy the property's convenient covered onsite parking in the meantime).

Once you get back, you can enjoy your surroundings with the pool and outdoor pool. For a change of scenery, come inside and try your hand at billiards, or enjoy the WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

Schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus auf grossem sehr gut gestalteten Grundstück. Alles sehr gepflegt mit Zwischenreinigung 2x pro Woche. Insgesamt gute Lage um die Region zwischen Genua und Pisa zu erkunden. Auto wird unbedingt benötigt. Platz ist ausreichend vorhanden für 6 Personen in 3 Schlafzimmern im 1. Obergeschoss. Zusätzlich gibt es unter dem Dach noch weitere 2 Schlafplätze und eine Schlafcouch.
