Guests will love this newly renovated 1br/1ba unit located on the ground level of a historic 1830's home. The home has all modern, high-end finishes while maintaining a refined "Southern Charm". Located on a beautiful residential street in the heart of Downtown Charleston within walking distance to all of the main points of interest, you will truly experience life as a local Charlestonian.

The home is a large, historic multi-unit complex with a grand main house and smaller carriage houses in the rear. The owner lives upstairs in the main home and there are long term tenants in the carriage home. The renovation of the exterior of the property is still a work in progress.
The homeowner has three very friendly dogs that may be present in the yard at any given time.
There is off street parking at the rear of the home but it is unpaved and low lying and can get wet when there is significant rainfall.

Interior apartment was nice and clean. Some of the furniture needs to be upgraded (i.e. living area couch) . Exterior looks nice in the pictures, but be prepared for construction materials and every-day household clutter. Driveway into parking area not suitable for small, non-SUV vehicles

Fabulous location! Get to Charleston walking 15 minutes anywhere. Nice decor. Great piano playing. Very nice people :).
